Lean Six Sigma Champion
This course will introduce executive leadership to the foundational concepts and theories of both Lean and Six Sigma. The content includes a roadmap for the integration of a Lean Six Sigma improvement program into the organization, gives an overview of the different problem-solving approaches, discusses organizational roles with regard to an improvement program, and outlines the responsibility of a Champion for the successful execution of projects and overall program management.

Students will gain a knowledge of lean and six sigma theory and tools so they can support the successful completion of improvement projects
Students will understand the role leadership development plays within an improvement program and be given a roadmap on how to blend leader development into the program.
