Whether your problems involve long lead times, too much rework, or a process that is just generally too hard and time consuming, we follow the same standardized approach:
Clarify the Problem
Understand the problem and document project goals
Investigate the Process
Identify key issues using data and Lean Six Sigma Tools
Implement Solutions
Identify, select, and implement the best solutions
Validate Improvements
Finish up post event work and validate improvements
Why Improve Constantly?
We have helped so many organizations who are tired of dealing with the same issues over and over again, as well as the “Band Aid” solutions that haven’t solved the problem and in some cases made the process more complicated and cumbersome. If you are ready to dedicate the time and energy to make the problem go away, in a few short days, we can work with your team to dive into the details of the process, isolate the root causes and implement targeted solutions to make significant improvements.

Frequently Asked Questions
What if we don’t know the solutions yet, or can’t agree on what we need to do?
Perfect! During the event, we will determine the best set of solutions to implement. Because this is a team based approach, agreement naturally happens as we work through the Kaizen Event.
Our team members are not all in the same location, can you facilitate Kaizen Events virtually?
We can, and we do! Many organization we have worked with have multiple locations, or people working from home. In either case, we have the ability to facilitate Kaizen events remotely.
How do we know if we have the “right” kind of problem that a Kaizen Event can solve?
Problems with the best fit for our Kaizen Events are processes that 1) have a long lead or are overly time consuming or 2) are full of errors, rework, searching and redundancy. Our suggestion is to make a short list of the problems your organization is experiencing and contact us to discuss whether a Kaizen Event could help solve some of those problems.
