Lean Six Sigma Foundations
This course will introduce students to the foundational concepts and theories of both Lean and Six Sigma. Content includes the history of both philosophies, key concepts and practical applications, and how to recognize waste and variability in a process and how it impacts an organization’s ability to meet customer needs. This course provides foundational process improvement concepts.
